This is a very simple yet tasty Brown Ale. The honey makes it extremely smooth. It was named for a co-workers unfortunate incindent before he could find the facilities. This is currently my house beer.

Starting Gravity: 1.042
Finishing Gravity: 1.011
Time in Boil: 1 Hour
Primary Fermentation: 7 Days
Secondary Fermentation: 7 Days
Ingredients:
- 2.3 lb Amber Malt Extract Syrup
- 2.0 lb. Amber Malt Extract (Dry)
- 4 oz. Chocolate Malt
- 1 lb. Honey
- 1 oz. Fuggles
- 1 oz. Willamette
- 1 tsp Irish Moss
- Wyeast #1056
Procedure:
Steep Choclolate until boil and then add extract and Fuggles. With 20 minutes left in boil add Willamette and Irish Moss. Cool and pitch.
