The IBU'S on this brew run at around 57 IBU's. This is the top end for this Style. This is a great Keg brew, I suggest Kegging at around 2.2 to 2.4 Volumes. Very Smooth IPA with a Big Start and an Exciting Hop Bite

Time in Boil: 60 Minutes
Primary Fermentation: 7 Days @ 68 Degrees
Secondary Fermentation: 7 days @68 Degrees
Additional Fermentation: 4 Days Conditioning
Ingredients:
- 12.00 lbs(83.3%) Pales Malt
- 1.2 lbs(8.3%) Crystal 60l Malt
- .60 lbs (4.2%)Toasted 2 Row
- .60 lbs (4.2%) Carapils (Dextrine Malt)
- 1.50 oz Northern Brewer 9.0 Alpha Pellets
- 1.00 oz Cascade 5.75 Alpha Pellets
- Wyeast 1056 or Culture Kit Company A15
- .50 tsp Irish Moss

- 4.0 oz oak chips in secondary
Procedure:
Mash:
Protein Rest at 122 Degrees For 30 Minutes
Saccrification at 156 for 45 Minutes
Bring 7 Gallons of Collected wort to Boil, Boil 10 minutes and add 1.50 oz Northen Brewer, boil for 45 minutes and add 1.0 oz Cascade Hops. Cool, Aerate Well, Pitch yeast.
For Aroma, you can Dry hop with .50 oz of cascade(this is Optional)
