This is a sweet cider, I like it, it still has a bite
Recipe type: Extract
Batch Size: 1 gallon
Time in Boil: 45 min.
Primary Fermentation: 4 weeks
Secondary Fermentation: optional 4 week
- 1 cup.. corn surup
- 2 lbs.. honey
- 3 tsp.. cinomen
- 6 red apples
boil two quarts of watter and add every thing but the apples, pour the work into the carby let stand for a day then add apples and stir for a min or two each day, let the cider have some air once in a while, the darker the better, if it is too sweet then let ferment for another week and reboil ( DON'T LET THE STEEM OUT OF THE POT ) you might want to tape the lid on, boil on the lowest seting.
