Primary Fermentation: 5 days in glass
Secondary Fermentation: 7+ days in glass



mash grains at 149-150 deg in 2.75 gals water. Sparge with water at 168 deg and collect 6.5 gals. Boil and add hops when boil starts. Boil for 90 mins. Cool and pitch yeast starter.
