I MADE THIS RECIPE THE DAY MY HOMEBREW SUPPLIER CLOSED. WE JUST KIND OF THREW INGREDIANTS TOGETHER AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE THE BEST BEER I HAVE EVER DRANK. I MAKE IT ABOUT EVERY OTHER BATCH BECAUSE IT DOSN'T LAST REAL LONG.
SMOOTH AND THICK WITH PLEANTY OF ALCOHOL TO DO THE TRICK. SLIGHT HINT OF SPICE AND THE CHOCOLATE MALT DOES WONDERS.
