I like this one, although it could use a little more hops.(but then, I'm
a hophead).
Ingredients:
- 4.00 lb. Amber Dry Malt Extract
- 4.00 lb. Light Dry Malt Extract
- 1.00 lb. Crystal 20L
- 2 tsp gypsum
- 1 tsp Irish moss at 10 minutes
- 1.20 oz. Northern Brewer 7.9% 60 min
- 1.50 oz. Cascade 5.6% 5 min
- Wyeast 1056 Chico
