I like this one, although it could use a little more hops.(but then, I'm a hophead).

Ingredients:

4.00 lb. Amber Dry Malt Extract
4.00 lb. Light Dry Malt Extract
1.00 lb. Crystal 20L
2 tsp gypsum
1 tsp Irish moss at 10 minutes
1.20 oz. Northern Brewer 7.9% 60 min
1.50 oz. Cascade 5.6% 5 min
Wyeast 1056 Chico
