Fakin' Gammel Brygd

I am trying to formulate a recipe that might approximate a Swedish beer
called Gammel Brygd made by the Falocon Brewery. The last time I had it,
I remeber it being dark and sweet and very malty without much hoppiness.
Ingredients:
- 6-7 pounds, German dark malt extract syrup
- 1 pound, crystal malt
- 1/2 pound, chocolate malt
- 1-2 cups, brown sugar (just guessing)
- 1 ounce, Hallertaur hops (boiling)
- 1/2 ounce, Goldings hops (finishing)
- lager yeast
