Brown Ale

This beer tastes fine. It is brown, malty, and slightly bitter. I don't
get much nutty flavor, so I would increase the chocolate malt.
Ingredients:
- 6 pounds, English Amber malt syrup
- 1/2 pound, Light English dried malt extract
- 1/2 pound, crystal malt (40L)
- 1/2 pound, chocolate malt
- 1 pound, light brown sugar
- 10 HBU, Cascade
- 1 ounce, Cascade (finishing; 5.8% alpha)
- Wyeast English Ale yeast
