DIY Bailey's Irish Cream

This recipe is the simplest thing in the world to prepare.
Use Irish whiskey - it tastes better ;<). I've found that a mild whiskey
like Crested 10 Old is better; however, you can experiment to suit your
own taste.
Ingredients:
- 14 oz can evaporated milk
- 14 oz can condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons glycerine
- Just under 1 tablespoon coffee powder
- 1 1/2 cups whiskey
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Procedure:
Whisk everything together for 10 minutes.
