Lemon Brew

This is NOT Beer. It is a quick and easy lemon flavored brew. It is a more like a wine cooler than a beer. It is very tasty and very refreshing on a hot summer day. I make it for my wife and friends and it has become a "must have" for parties.

Primary Fermentation: 7 days
Secondary Fermentation: 4 days
Additional Fermentation: none
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs malt extract (any kind)
- 2 lbs honey
- 2 lbs corn sugar
- 6 cans frozen lemonade
- any yeast
Procedure:
Bring 1.5 gallons of water to a boil. Add malt, honey and sugar. Boil for 5 minutes. Chill and pitch yeast. Let ferment for a week or so. Add 6 cans lemonade frozen concentrate (or 4 cans lemonade, 2 cans limeade) to secondary and rack primary to secondary. Let sit for 3 or 4 days. Keg and force carbonate.
