my friends [beer scavengers] call this "breakfast beer"
or "bannana beer", as it is a very easy drinking beer,
with a pronounced bannana ester to it.

Specifics
Recipe type: All Grain
Batch Size: 5 gallons
Starting Gravity: 1.052
Finishing Gravity: 1.014
Time in Boil: 1 hour
Primary Fermentation: 5 days
Secondary Fermentation: 8days
Ingredients:
- 3.5 kg two row pale
- 1.5kg wheat malt
- 18 grams hallertau hersbrucker plugs 3.2 aa 50 mins.
- 14 grams hallertau hersbrucker plugs 3.2 aa 5 mins.
- wyeast# 3068 whi.wheat
- irish moss 1 tsp. 15 min.
- polyclair after secondary , 3 tbsp.
Procedure:
-mash at 115 f for 1 hr
-raise temp to 151 f 1hr
-mash out at 165 f 10 min
-whirlpool wort& force chill
-pitch 1 liter yeast starter
-ferment at 70 f
-rack to keg&chill to 32 f
-push through inline filter to second keg
-force carbonate & enjoy!!
