Ingredients:
- 1,5kgs.BREWFERM Wheatbeer kit
- ,6kgs. dextrose
- 9kg. whole watermelon
- 25g.fresh ginger
- 30g. Hallertauer(15g. bittering,15g. finishing)
- 5g.Willamette(dry)
- 1tsp. gypsum
- 2/3 tsp. irish moss
- ale yeast
- 1 cup dextrose(primer)

Procedure:
-Boil ingredients 30min.(excluding watermelon) in 8l. of water.
-Add irish moss 15min. before end oif boil
-finishing hopsat 3min. before end of boil
-steep mashed(crushed) watermelon at 65-83 deg.C.
by adding it to the wort.
-add water to make 17l.
-rack after 6days,seed & pulp will remian in primary
-bottle with 1cup dextrose
-age 1month
